  1. Why do gas prices vary around the nation? What is causing the price of gas per gallon to decline?
Gas prices vary across the nation due to different state’s taxes, the cost of delivering gas, and varying other reasons. The price is declining because of rumors of an Iranian nuclear deal, which could flood the open oil exports from there, china is cutting interest rates, and gas rates also drop during a recession

  2. why do gas prices vary across the nation is because of how taxes are done in some states some like California much higher than Texas because of the more taxes done in California than in Texas. what is causing the price of gas to go down, well there is a lot to consider like the reduction of driving due to economic slowdown or kids going to school, so this means the demand for people at the pump will go down and when demand is high the prices will go high this is simple supply and demand.
