The Bucs win! The big question now: how much money do NFL players make for winning the Super Bowl in 2021, and what does it mean for Tom Brady?

It’s official! The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won 9-31 against the Kansas City Chiefs! This is the second Super Bowl the franchise has won, and the first in history where the winning team played in their home stadium!

Now, let’s talk numbers: how much do these players make? According to the NFL, just for this game, the winning team can be looking at around $130,000 for each player. The losing team, while not the best position to be in, is looking at $65,000 for each of their players — half of what the winners make.

Tom Brady, being the Bucs’ quarterback, is looking at a rather big check. The star of the show has already made $1.75 million just for making it to the Super Bowl, and for winning the Super Bowl has made an additional $500,000! He’s already made $2.75 million with the franchise.Click here to read the source article

  1. I think that sales in Tampa are going to go up for a little because of the hype that comes with the Super Bowl. I think the bucks are going to try to keep a similar roster and make a few tweaks here and there

  2. I do expect to see Tampa Businesses report higher sales because of Super Bowl weekend. Not only does the Buccaneers winning in their home field bring much hype, but because we are a winning city a lot more people will want to experience it for themselves. Not only did we win the Super Bowl, but we won the Stanley cup as well so much economic growth will happen. For the Bucs in the long run, I do think that this will be a motivation for them. The Bucs weren’t always a good team, but they know what it’s like to be a family. They won’t let this win get to their head. Money has never been an issue in the NFL, it may be one of the reasons that they play but they also play because they enjoy it. The Bucs will let their win sink in, but come football season, they will be more motivated than ever before, just like how the Chiefs made it to the Super Bowl twice in a row, I’m sure the Bucs can too.

  3. I do believe that the Tampa Businesses will report higher because of Super bowl weekend. Since we’re getting so much publicity and people visiting, businesses will take advantage. As well as them embracing the win, its so much great for the economy to get Norwalks income. For the Bucs long-term it will be a good thing because now them being the first to play in their own field and win in history, it will never go unnoticed.

As well as them embracing the win, its so much great for the economy to get Norwalks income. For the Bucs long-term it will be a good thing because now them being the first to play in their own field and win in history, it will never go unnoticed, and especially the check they got just for making it to the super-bowl.

  5. I feel like Tampa’s revenue after this Super Bowl will sky rocket by a lot! The amount of people that were here even many celebrities that came here to cash out lots of money to look good for this Super Bowl lets us know this. It’s going to be lots of new sales just from the amount of tickets that were bought, knowing this makes it exciting to know our city will earn profit from it. I also think from now on people won’t really take the bucs as a joke anymore in the industry. They were always seen as the group that many knew that they could probably beat, but now after winning this Super Bowl I think people will start taking them seriously.

  6. I do expect Tampa Businesses will report higher sales because of Super bowl weekend. I say this because not only was it the super bowl, but it was the Bucs home town and they won. This is first time history that everyone, or at least lots of people, would want to experience. In the long run I feel as if this would benefit the Bucs and I say this because maybe this will be their motivation. Seeing all their fans cheer then on and having Tom Brady by their side will maybe push them into another great season.

  7. I do expect Tampa Businesses to report higher sales due to the Super bowl weekend. I think this because not only was it the super bowl, but it was the Bucs home town and they won. This is 1st time history that everyone, or at least lots of people, would want to experience. In the long run, I feel as if this would benefit the Bucs and I say this because maybe this will be their motivation. 8. this year marked the year of history for all of Tampa Bay! The businesses in Tampa will most definitely see higher sales for the next month or so due to the hype of making sports history even with us in a pandemic. The bucs are going to stick to their protocol and keep most things the same since it seemed to work out best for them this year.

  9. I believe Tampas businesses will report higher sales especially if we’re having visitors from other states in the area just to watch the Superbowl in person. I think the Bucs will use the hype from winning the Superbowl to motivate themselves to make it to the Superbowl again by the time Tom Brady’s contract ends.
