A South Florida woman is suing Kraft Heinz Foods Co., claiming she wouldn’t have purchased its Velveeta Shells & Cheese microwaveable cups had she known they take longer than 3½ minutes to prepare as the box indicates.
The lawsuit, which is seeking class action certification, was filed earlier this month in federal court in Miami…….

This lawsuit shows that society is odd because of how they complain about time to make food.
Even though this is an odd lawsuit Oreo was filed for a very similar reason so it’s not as uncommon as we may think. And although it’s also a dumb lawsuit anyone could’ve done this in any instant it’s just a way for people to make more money at the end of the day and considering it’s false advertisement there is nothing wrong.

this lawsuit is very odd, but this shows people will do or say anything to get some money.
I think this lawsuit is just plain dumb, it’s obvious to most people that it is meant that it cooks in 3 and 1/2 minutes. I think the lawsuit was just filed ti try and make money off something that wasn’t fully clarified on the box
This lawsuit is very strange, but it is not the first one like it. The plaintiff in this case is simply trying to get a big payday.
I feel like this is gonna be one of those lawsuits that the judge will rule that Velveeta will have to pay some cash
