GM To Launch Online Used Vehicle Marketplace CarBravo — Investing.com

General Motors Company (NYSE: GM) announced Tuesday that it is launching CarBravo, an online used vehicle dealership.

The site is expected to launch in the spring, with GM saying it will give used vehicle customers access to an “expansive territory, an omnichannel shopping experience, and exclusive ownership benefits.”

  1. I think this is a smart move from GM, if a car company isn’t invested in the used car market, they typically won’t benefit from it, but with GM doing this they will benefit from used car sales.

  2. Other car industry’s haven’t gone into the used car market because it’s too risky and the car could end up needing a fix up. Making it more expensive then expected. It’s a industry that is risk taking.

  3. I think this would be a smart move from GM, but they may not benefit if a car company isn’t invested into the used car market, but they could still benefit from used car sales.
