  1. With these two massive airlines merging together I’m expecting their revenues to both skyrocket, which I believe is what they’re banking on; though at the moment not as many people are going on flights due to COVID-19 and Omicron, but once flights begin again this’ll probably be a great investment. Now the consumer can hope to have the same experience from either airline due to the merger, now whether these opinions about the airlines are good or bad is yet to be seen.

  2. The merger is going to bring alot of benefits for the companies themselves, there is going to be more revenue, more costumers, etc. And hopefully more quality since both companies are known for being cheap and bad.

  3. This merger will cause them to get double the passengers and it might even attract more passengers which is more money for them. For the consumer I think its going to make it difficult because flights are probably going to be be full all the time and the flights might also sell out faster seeing consumers from both airlines will now be looking at the same flights.

  4. With their all-Airbus fleets, the two airlines provide over 1,000 daily flights to over 145 destinations in 19 countries. Spirit and Frontier said in a joint statement that they expect the agreement to allow them to generate 10,000 direct jobs by 2026 without the need for layoffs. The airlines anticipate that it will save customers $1 billion each year.

  5. The merge will be better for both airlines. There would be more costumers and it will make it easier for airlines to transport more people to different places rather than sending a lot of airplanes to a place. This could benefit airlines because they would have more space for more people and people would start buying tickets and the airlines make more money. So they both get advantages.

  6. What does this merger do for the consumer? Why are the benefits of Frontier and Spirit merging?:
This merger will reportedly make about $1 billion dollars in savings for the customer annually. They are merging because they believe it will bring about the most competitive “ultra-low” airfare airline. They would also make lots of revenue.
