Introducing innovative menu items like the chizza will most likely increase consumer engagement since items like this catch people’s eyes and get customers to buy the product , this would most likely make the company change their business strategy to putting more innovative items on the menu since they attract more customers, thus this would help out KFC in a competitive fast-food market.
